Once described as a legend in his own lunch break! The bands multi talented (as in can play and fart at the same time and frequently does) guitarist J Y Kelly.
Formally the front man of the legendary drinkers and sometime musicians known as Bare Faced Robbery, his musical talent and life style are pure rock and roll.
J Y may seem familiar to some of you, as his face is plastered on most post office walls due to his activities as the Chudleigh Knighton clothesline commando.
They say every band has one and J Y is the custodian of the El-Cojones ego.
This manifests itself in such activities as shouting and swearing at the following members of the band
Firstly, Dick Scratcher - 'Now you deaf twat'
Secondly, Two Dogs the roadie - 'Who the fuck taped that down?'
Thirdly, Dick Cheese the sax - 'Take the food home in your own pockets'
Fourthly, Hugh Garse bass - 'Was it you or Stevie Wonder who fixed these leads?'
At certain times of the year, mostly full moons, microphone stands can be seen flying across troubled waters.
But all credit to him as the bands MD (music director) he structures the set and if we bomb, will unhesitating blame someone else
